Kopila Valley Sewa Samaj invites sealed quotations from qualified and eligible Nepalese bidders for the supply and installation for following electrical cable and accessories at new construction site, Birendranagar-1, Surkhet:

Quotation Submission Requirements

Eligible bidders are requested to submit their sealed quotations along with the following documents:

• Copy of firm/company registration certificate

• VAT/PAN registration certificate

• Latest tax clearance certificate

• Experience in similar supply and installation works (if any)

Additional Instructions

• The quantities mentioned are preliminary estimates. Payment will be made based on actual usage.

• Quoted price should be in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and must include all applicable taxes.

• Deadline for Submission: 25 April 2025
