Kopila Valley Sewa Samaj (KVSS) invites qualified individual consultants or firms to submit proposals for the capacity development of our Aquaponics System.

Established in 2007, KVSS is a non-governmental, apolitical, and non-profit organization. Guided by the vision of "a world where every child is safe, educated, loved," KVSS works to empower Nepal's children and community. Environmental sustainability is a core guiding principle in all our initiatives to ensure future generations can flourish.
At our vocational campus, we operate an aquaponics system to teach students about life cycles and water-based ecosystems. To maximize this learning resource, KVSS aims to strengthen the technical skills of our team to operate, maintain, and manage the system with confidence.
Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities
The selected consultant will be responsible for:
Aquaponics System Operation Manual: Reviewing the current setup and creating a detailed manual focusing on structural components, system mechanics, and long-term maintenance tailored to Kopila Valley School.
Capacity Building: Conducting a 2-day practical training for core team members, including the Sustainability and Repair/Maintenance teams.
Follow-Up Guidance: Providing ongoing technical advice and follow-up support based on functional issues identified during operation.
