Our Vision
At Kopila Valley Sewa Samaj, we strive to create a world where every child is safe, educated, and cherished. Through quality education and a caring home, we provide a nurturing environment for at-risk children in Surkhet, Nepal. We work hand in hand with the local community to combat poverty, uplift women, enhance health services, and promote sustainability and social justice.
Our Journey
Our story began in 2007 in the Himalayan foothills when Maggie Doyne, at 19 years old, and Tope Malla founded the Kopila Valley Children’s Home. Witnessing the impact of poverty on Nepalese children, Maggie was inspired to make a difference, while Tope, an orphan in Nepal, dedicated his life to supporting vulnerable children. Today, Kopila Valley is a thriving community committed to its noble cause.
